One of the first and most primary ways we communicate with others is through physical touch. There are many studies that show that mothers and babies should be together, skin to skin, right after birth. For newborn twins touching each other is very important as the babies just spent nine long months together in very close quarters.
This video offers us an amazing look at what life must like for twins in the womb, with the babies cuddling and touching each other as if they were still in their mother’s belly. The twins are already born, but they might not realise it yet!
The heartwarming moment between the small babies was created by French nurch Sonia Rochel. She wanted to show to the new parents a unique bathing technique that is reminiscent of the warmth inside the mother’s womb. Rochel has bathed twins before. She was not surprised by the babies reaction in the video. Rochel said that “The babies’ amazing response to the water is always beautiful to see”. They are just adorable!
