Grapes are widely viewed in many cultures as “the queen of fruits” since earlier times.

Free radicals have been identified as a big part of the aging process, and are associated with virtually every degenerative disease.

Named also “the fountain of youth”, it seems resveratrol slows down aging and even increase the lifespan of human cells. So eat grapes and keep yourself young!
